Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Logistics Specialist / Team Lead to oversee daily order handling, inventory maintenance, shipping/receiving, ERP system processing, and direct team workflow execution. This role requires proficiency in operating forklift equipment, processing multi-channel fulfillment orders (including Amazon, TikTok, and international freight), managing inventory inside an ERP system, and guiding a small operational team. Key Responsibilities 1.

Team Leadership & Daily Supervision Direct Team Lead:

Supervise and direct a small team of 3 warehouse employees through their daily tasks, priorities, and assignments.

Quality & Accuracy Verification:

Lead the two-person verification process for order picking, ensuring strict accuracy for wholesale, TikTok, and Amazon shipments.

Workflow Coordination:

Organize daily floor activities, including staging, packing, palletizing, and end-of-day carrier cutoffs. 2. Equipment & Facility Maintenance Safely operate both Stand-Up and Sit-Down forklifts for inventory movement and high-bay stocking. Perform basic routine forklift maintenance (monitoring water levels on stand-up lifts; managing charging cycles for sit-down lifts). 3. Inventory Control & Overstock Management Physically locate and put away overstock items in the immediate vicinity of primary pick locations.

Perform daily pick-location replenishment:

remove empty pallets and restock using the oldest available inventory (FIFO method). Process inventory movements and receive incoming stock within Fishbowl ERP. Log daily temperature and humidity warehouse readings from ambient environmental sensors. 4.

Inbound & Outbound Freight Operations Receiving:

Unload incoming trucks, inspect pallets for damage, verify pallet counts against Bills of Lading (BOL), note any discrepancies/damages on both BOL copies, and count item quantities against packing slips.

Fishbowl Receiving:

Match incoming shipments against purchase orders in Fishbowl, process quantities, print official Receiving Reports, and package docs for accounting.

Shipping/Loading:

Prepare outgoing freight, manage dual-signed BOL copies, apply carrier tracking labels, and load pallets (ensuring the pallet containing the master packing slip is loaded last). 5.

E-Commerce & Wholesale Order Fulfillment Pallet & Wholesale Orders:

Pick items per order, stage by product category, undergo quality verification checks, and palletize/shrink-wrap according to warehouse specs.

International Shipments:

Build compliant palletized orders using heat-treated pallets adhering to customer specifications.

TikTok & Amazon Orders:

Pick and stage orders, coordinate verification checks, apply required sticker.

UPS Small Parcel:

Pick, Pack and Ship small parcel orders 6. Shipping Supplies Management Monitor inventory for shipping boxes and packing materials using the warehouse supply checklist. Place reorders factoring in standard two-week vendor lead times.

Qualifications & Skills Leadership Experience:

Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and motivate a small team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Forklift Certification:

Proficient in operating both Sit-Down and Stand-Up forklifts.

ERP Experience:

Familiarity with inventory/warehouse software (Fishbowl ERP or similar systems like QuickBooks/NetSuite preferred).

Freight & Carrier Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with BOL documentation, LTL freight loading/unloading, and small parcel processing (UPS). Attention to
