The Demand Planner is responsible for supporting and managing the demand planning process by\ncollecting, analyzing, and maintaining high‑quality demand data. The role plays a key part in\ndeveloping reliable demand forecasts within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, ensuring\nstrong alignment between commercial inputs, revenue projections, and supply chain requirements.\nThe Demand Planner operates with a high level of autonomy, actively contributing insights,\nchallenging assumptions, and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning\nprocesses.

DEMAND PLANNING & FORECASTING OWNERSHIP

\n▪ Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts using historical data,\nstatistical models, and validated commercial inputs.\n▪ Create an accurate and reliable demand plan by consolidating inputs from internal divisions,\nenabling company to manage integrated demand and projected revenues.\n▪ Ensure demand plans are clearly communicated to Supply Chain to support effective supply,\nproduction, and inventory planning.\n▪ Actively identify demand risks and opportunities and propose mitigation or improvement\nactions.

DEMAND PLANNING SYSTEMS & SAP

\n▪ Use and maintain Demand Planning software and SAP (e.g.

SAP IBP, SAP

APO, or SAP\nERP demand modules) as the primary planning tools.\n▪ Analyze multiple demand scenarios to support business decision‑making and define the most\nrealistic and robust demand plan.\n▪ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and master‑data quality within SAP and demand planning\nsystems.\n▪ Support enhancements to planning models, parameters, and processes in collaboration with IT\nand Supply Chain teams.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & S&OP

\n▪ Actively collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to\ngather, review, and validate demand assumptions.\n▪ Play a key role in S&OP meetings by presenting demand analyses, explaining variances, and\nsupporting demand consensus.\n▪ Facilitate effective information flow among divisions, enabling aligned\ndecision‑making and a robust Demand Consensus plan.\n▪ Act as a point of contact for demand‑related topics within the assigned scope (products,\ncustomers, or regions).

REPORTING, ANALYSIS & KPI TRACKING

\n▪ Prepare regular demand planning reports and dashboards using SAP and planning tools.\n▪ Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and other relevant demand planning KPIs.\n▪ Perform root‑cause analysis of forecast deviations and support corrective and preventive\nactions.\n▪ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing forecast reliability and\nplanning efficiency.

Job Requirements Education/Certification:

▪ Bachelor\"s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering,\nEconomics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.\n

Knowledge Required:

\nMust have 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting,\nsupply chain planning, or a related analytical role.\n▪ Hands‑on experience with SAP demand planning solutions\n(IBP, APO, or equivalent).\n▪ Solid understanding of
