Competitive Compensation:
$60k - $90k/year (Flexible based on experience)

PTO Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
Develop procurement strategies, evaluate local suppliers, and build strong vendor relationships to meet production goals.
Commercial Negotiation:
Lead negotiations for material pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
Order Oversight:
Oversee purchase order execution, monitor delivery tracking systems, and resolve supply shortages or delivery delays promptly.
Inventory & Risk Management:
Manage purchase order adjustments to minimize supply chain risks and prevent excess inventory.
Vendor Quality Control:
Handle delivery discrepancies, arrange returns for non-conforming materials, and coordinate replacement shipments.
Process & Team Leadership:
Supervise procurement staff, oversee supplier reconciliation/invoicing, and drive continuous performance improvements.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in Mandarin (Highly Preferred)
Industry Experience:
Background in chemical, battery, or industrial manufacturing settings
Global Sourcing:
Familiarity with international suppliers and global supply chains
Certifications:
APICS, CPSM, or equivalent supply chain certification
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
