The ideal candidate will have experience in trucking, freight, or transportation environments and be comfortable working within the TMW Transportation Management System (TMS). Responsibilities Enter load, shipment, driver, and customer information into TMW Gather and process PODs (Proofs of Delivery) from carriers Create and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation Audit freight bills and shipment records for accuracy Maintain accurate customer and carrier information Assist with invoicing, reporting, and logistics coordination Ensure compliance with transportation procedures and data accuracy standards Qualifications Previous logistics, transportation, dispatch, or freight experience preferred Experience with TMW/TMW Suite software strongly preferred Strong data entry and typing accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Knowledge of transportation and logistics terminology Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish required
