Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, components, and industrial parts
Verify shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders
Prepare and package heavy-duty equipment and crane components for outbound shipments Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other industrial material handling equipment Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping/receiving area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving within an industrial manufacturing environment Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, part numbers, and technical specifications Excellent communication and teamwork abilities What we offer: Benefits Competitive base pay Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
