What You'll Do Create and maintain production plans to meet customer delivery schedules. Coordinate with schedulers, customer service, and production teams to balance capacity and demand. Analyze inventory levels, material availability, and resource constraints. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks to timely production. Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor key production metrics and communicate status to management. Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, schedules, and materials usage. What You'll Need 3+ years of production planning or manufacturing coordination experience. Experience in concrete, construction, or related manufacturing preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production planning software. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow.
