Summary Supports production and manufacturing operations by managing inventory and material flow in a warehouse environment. Performs material transactions using SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary systems while maintaining accurate inventory records. Coordinates physical and virtual movement of materials between sites and identifies process improvements. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting team training. Works in a physically demanding warehouse environment with flexible shifts, including potential weekend work.

Day Shift:

Wed - Sat - 0600-1630 Must-Have Skills SAP ERP experience (inventory/material transactions) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Inventory control and material planning experience Warehouse operations and material handling Experience with inventory management systems Ability to document system issues and process improvements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for up to 10 hours Flexibility to work varying day shifts, including weekends High school diploma or equivalent U.S. work authorization meeting Export Control requirements (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee) Nice-to-Have Skills Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment Forklift certification Experience training or mentoring team members SOP development or continuous improvement experience Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) Retirement plan ...and much more!
