We are currently seeking to fill positions of an IT Mobile Technician role located in the SeaTac Airport area specializing in Mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, scanners, POS devices, etc.). The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, have good attention to detail, enthusiastic about technology, and have strong documentation skills. This position requires strong working knowledge of current IT hardware and software as well as the ability to communicate simply and effectively.
Schedule:
Monday -Friday, anywhere from 7-5pm The position duties include: Providing exceptional customer service to our client and the public. Excellent verbal and written communication. Conduct final QA checks before devices are sent out, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Manage kitting, staging and shipping logistics to ensuring timely dispatch and tracking of products to the clients. Hardware reclaim, testing and repair devices. Software management, deployments and audits. Special projects as directed by our client. Required to report on site, in person, daily. (There are no work from home positions currently available.) Hardware & software used: Dell hardware for laptops, desktops, servers and monitors. Apple iPhones & iPads POS devices Scanners Other accessories Other Software used: Good Reader, ABM, CAM, Cherwell, BlueFin Office 365, Teams, and associated apps and services.
Requirements for hiring:
You must be authorized/legal to work. Pass identity verification and be fingerprinted. Pass a 10-year criminal background check. Pass a drug screening, including marijuana. Pass a motor vehicle report. Minor traffic violations ok. Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Qualifications for the position:
Good logical troubleshooting process. Good working knowledge & previous experience in above hardware & software environment. Flexibility to quickly learn and adapt. Highly organized and can multi-task.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, varying from 7-5pm. 40 hours weekly.
