This role is responsible for managing equipment movements, coordinating operational schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting technicians and field teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics for drone equipment, components, accessories, batteries, and related operational supplies Maintain accurate inventory records for drones, controllers, sensors, spare parts, tools, and other equipment Coordinate equipment shipments, receiving, storage, transfers, and returns between facilities, customers, technicians, and field locations Schedule equipment maintenance, inspections, repairs, calibration, and replacement activities Maintain detailed records of equipment condition, maintenance history, serial numbers, and asset assignments Coordinate with technicians, pilots, customers, suppliers, shipping providers, and internal operations teams Prepare shipping documents, inventory reports, purchase orders, equipment checklists, and operational records Monitor supply levels and coordinate procurement of replacement parts, batteries, accessories, and technical equipment Track project schedules and ensure required equipment is available for field assignments and customer projects Assist with quality-control procedures for equipment preparation, packaging, deployment, and return Identify inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, equipment issues, and other operational exceptions and coordinate their resolution Ensure operational activities follow company procedures, applicable aviation requirements, safety protocols, and equipment-handling standards Requirements Previous experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, technical coordination, aviation, drone operations, or equipment management preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail when handling technical equipment and inventory records Comfortable working with computers, digital systems, and technical documentation Ability to manage multiple projects and time-sensitive assignments Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Experience working with drones, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), robotics, electronics, or other technical equipment Familiarity with FAA Part 107 requirements and general U.S. drone operations is a plus Experience with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or asset-tracking software Familiarity with drone maintenance documentation, battery management, component tracking, and equipment lifecycle management Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools Technical certifications, UAS/drone certifications, or logistics-related credentials are considered an advantage Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $28 - $33 per hour , based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and technical training Opportunities to obtain relevant industry certifications Career advancement opportunities Technology-focused and collaborative work environment Why Join Drone Guts Inc.?
