Transportation Specialist , you'll provide safe transportation and day-to-day support to individuals receiving services in our residential programs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, helping others access essential services, and contributing to a supportive team environment. Due to contractual reasons, we are accepting only male applicants. What You'll Do As part of our residential services team, you will: Safely transport residents to appointments, meetings, treatment services, and community activities Assist residents with accessing program services and maintaining daily schedules Help maintain program vehicles, including coordinating routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections Perform housekeeping and facility support duties as needed Organize and distribute clothing, bedding, and other supplies Assist individuals with limited mobility, including those who use wheelchairs Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents Support the agency's mission, values, and commitment to person-centered care What We're Looking For Successful candidates will: Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record Meet LSS driving and auto insurance requirements Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Be dependable, organized, and able to work independently Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team Why Join Us?
