Operate and Maintain MBE Reactors:

Run and service material growth reactors and auxiliary process equipment to manufacture both standard and custom crystal structures.

Provide Cross-Functional Technical Support:

Serve as the technical point of contact for technicians, scientists, and engineers regarding materials, devices, processes, and equipment troubleshooting.

Train and Onboard Team Members:

Assist in mentoring and training new personnel on lab protocols, equipment operations, and safety standards.

Facilitate Team Collaboration:

Coordinate and interface seamlessly across departments to ensure the efficient flow of project information and production materials. Adapt to
