Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and monitor materials throughout the production cycle. Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities. Source inventory and non-inventory items and coordinate supplier deliveries. Support purchasing functions, including indirect and MRO purchase orders. Collaborate with Production, Finance, Accounting, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Assist with inventory analysis, cost collection, and month-end reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation. Support employee training and quality compliance initiatives. Utilize SAP and other business systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or MBA with 4+ years of experience. Experience in materials planning, procurement, purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain operations. Project management experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with SAP, ERP, or MRP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar platforms is a plus. Preferred Skills Supply chain automation and process improvement experience. Inventory optimization and forecasting. Manufacturing environment experience. Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
