Materials Coordinator:
Work in one or more supply chain areas, such as shipping, receiving, or inventory controlRead schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to issue and distribute materialsFollow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory control and perform cycle countsMove full and empty bins to and from manufacturingProcess and track materials, including MRB (Material Review Board) transactionsVerify and store incoming materials properlyPick up and deliver materials using requisition formsPerform material transactions in the Visual Manufacturing systemSchedule shipments with transportation vendors per customer requirementsUse online shipping systems (e.g., FedEx) to ensure timely deliveryVerify part numbers and serial numbers of match shipping documentsMaintain records and input data into computer systemsInspect received products for compliance with documentation What You Need to Bring to theMaterials Coordinator Role:
