Job Description

Supervises and coordinates the activities of bargaining unit employees engaged in the mining of Trona ore to ensure safe and efficient mining processes. Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to communicate across all levels. Must have knowledge and understanding of safe and efficient mining practices, procedures and regulations. Must possess current or be able to obtain Wyoming Mine Foreman and Examiner certifications for Trona. Bachelor's degree in related field and 2-3 years' experience; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
