Ministry Partnerships and Gifts Director CityHouse | Delray Beach, FL | Full-Time
THE OPPORTUNITY
Every year, CityHouse receives more than 50 desperate calls for every single apartment that becomes available on our campuses. Over 250 families are on our waitlist today. Our program, combined with prayer and sharing the love of the gospel, works — 83% of residential graduates go on to build fully independent lives for themselves and their children. We're on a mission to double our capacity from 27 to 60 families in active residential care over the next three years — and we're building the development team that will make it possible. This is a rare opportunity to build a major gifts program from the ground up: you'll work directly alongside our Executive Director and board, cultivate a portfolio of high-impact donors, and see the direct connection between your relationships and the families whose lives are changed.
OUR FAITH FOUNDATION
CityHouse is a Christian ministry, sustained by the prayer, volunteer service, and financial support of local churches throughout South Florida. Our residential program is grounded in the belief that lasting transformation for the families we serve comes through the love of Christ lived out in practical, tangible ways — safe housing, skill-building, community, and hope. Because our donors, church partners, and board give to CityHouse as a ministry, the Major Gifts Officer represents our Christian mission and identity in every donor conversation, campus tour, and funding proposal. This is a Christian faith-based leadership role, and we ask that candidates share and can authentically communicate this faith commitment.
