Job Description

Franklin County Community Meals Program is seeking our next Executive Director. For more than 40 years, FCCMP has been feeding neighbors and building community across Franklin County. We're looking for an experienced, collaborative nonprofit leader to help carry that work forward.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Full-time • Hybrid • $65,000 + benefits Start date: September or early October 2026 We're looking for someone who can think strategically and roll up their sleeves. Our next Executive Director will lead fundraising and grant writing, support and supervise staff, oversee finances and operations, partner with our Board, and stay closely connected to the people and programs that make FCCMP what it is. You won't be doing it alone. The Executive Director works with a leadership and administrative team that includes a part-time Associate Executive Director, Finance Manager, and Communications Associate, along with dedicated Board members, program staff, and volunteers. You might be a great fit if you bring: Nonprofit leadership experience Strong development, fundraising, and grant-writing experience Experience supervising and supporting staff Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Sound financial and organizational judgment A collaborative, practical leadership style A commitment to food access, dignity, and community Professional kitchen or food-service experience is preferred. ServSafe Manager Certification is required, but candidates who are in the process of obtaining certification are welcome to apply. This is a hybrid position, but it is not primarily remote. The Executive Director is expected to be a visible presence at FCCMP programs and to travel throughout Franklin County each week. Reliable transportation is required. Interested?
