Undergraduate Degree in the field of pre-law, social work, or a related field. A combination of experience demonstrated knowledge and/or education may be substituted for a degree. Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy. Must be flexible, able to handle a fast-paced environment and accommodate changing priorities. Good communication skills, verbal and written.
DUTIES AND RESPONIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant is required to perform the following duties: Support the Executive Director by managing phone calls and emails, managing the calendar, and making travel and event arrangements. Prepare documents as requested. Maintain organized files and documents. Manage calendars for the Directors and the Administrative Staff. Manage calendars for all committees and organize minutes for all committees. Manage the calendar for court hearings and ensure appropriate parties are aware of court hearings. Ensure the Board of Directors is informed of upcoming meetings and has all needed documents and information to be prepared for meetings. Support the Hugo's Plan to meet the needs of individuals enrolled in Hugo's Plan. Assist with daily operations as needed including but not limited to answering doors, greeting guests, receiving mail, arranging mail package pickup, and checking voicemail. Assist with managing the affairs for Trustees including paying bills Participation in agency committees Participate in volunteer events. All other duties as assigned
