DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Management Analyst I to support a federal program onsite in Port Hueneme, California. The selected candidate will provide analytical support for data analysis, reporting, operations research, and business process improvement initiatives. This role involves collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, preparing reports, supporting decision-making processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve program performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data. Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical summaries. Support operations research and business analysis activities. Assist with financial and cost analysis. Monitor program performance and identify trends. Maintain accurate documentation and records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Ensure data accuracy and reporting quality. Support continuous process improvement initiatives. Perform administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain professional working relationships. Experience supporting Navy programs preferred.
