Job Description Summary:
Description:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of Emergency Operations documentation including, but not limited to, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery Plans, Cyber Response Plans. Responsibilities include coordinating teams and meetings of Phoebe leaders to ensure documentation is created and reviewed as defined by policy. Other duties will be associated with assisting with Phoebe and community drills related to emergency management. Research of industry standards. Education 2-year / Associate Degree (Required) 4-year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Experience Project management experience
  • Preferred Plan Design
  • Preferred COOP and Emergency Management
  • Preferred National Incident Management System (NIMS) experience
  • Preferred Additional Duties Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and vision of the organization. Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures. Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self-education, attends ongoing educational programs) Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time. For non-clinical areas has attended training and demonstrates the usage of age-specific customer service skills.
