This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and able to adapt to new systems as the industry and firm evolves. Key Responsibilities Trading & Cash Management Execute portfolio trades related to client cash management and rebalancing Monitor account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash flows, to ensure timely and accurate trade execution Identify and escalate trade exceptions or discrepancies as needed Qualified Plan and Outside Account Administration Monitor and schedule reviews for qualified retirement plan clients Prepare reports and meeting materials in advance of qualified plan client meetings Coordinate participant documentation, eligibility paperwork, and investment lineup changes as needed Billing Support Prepare reports and gather account data to support the billing process Review account listings and values for accuracy Update billing spreadsheets and tracking systems General Operations Support Maintain accurate account records and documentation across custodial and internal systems Support audit, compliance, and SEC documentation requests as needed Assist with other operational tasks as priorities evolve Qualifications Required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a small-team environment Preferred Experience in financial services or investment operations Familiarity with Microsoft 365 core applications Knowledge of retirement accounts, qualified plans, and portfolio management processes Schedule Part-time, ideally 20 to 30 hours weekly. Some flexibility with start and end hours. Compensation & Benefits Compensation commensurate with experience, pay range: $22-$32 per hour Benefits may include health insurance, flexible schedule, retirement plan, generous vacation schedule, and additional paid time off.
