Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Materials/Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our materials management and supply chain initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency, optimize inventory control, and implement lean manufacturing principles within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency with ERP systems such as EPICOR and Oracle EBS, along with extensive experience in logistics, procurement, and cross-functional communication. Duties Oversee materials management, including inventory control, demand planning, and production scheduling using ERP system EPICOR Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, process optimization, and waste reduction across supply chain functions Manage logistics inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods Collaborate with procurement teams to develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchasing activities Utilize spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes Coordinate cross-functional communication between manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and quality teams to streamline workflows Monitor inventory levels using inventory management systems; implement strategies for inventory accuracy and cycle counting Experience Proven experience in manufacturing company environments with a focus on materials management or supply chain operations Strong technical proficiency with ERP systems, EPICOR a plus; experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in logistics inventory management, warehouse operations, demand planning, and production scheduling Hands-on experience with procurement processes, supplier management, contracts negotiation, and purchasing strategies Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration across departments Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics roles within a manufacturing company is preferred Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, efficiency, and continuous growth. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
