Job Description

ABOUT GULFSOUTH OUTDOOR LIVING

We're the Southeast's Traveling Showroom. We sell hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunges at traveling expos across the region and deliver them out of our Alabaster warehouse. We're hiring one person to own whether the whole operation runs — not a coordinator, but the person everything answers to.

This is a senior operations role. You must have hands-on experience running delivery, logistics, warehouse, or field service operations and directly managing crews. If you do not, please do not apply — we will not review applications without it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Run daily operations across delivery, service, warehouse, and expo logistics
Direct office staff and delivery crews; set daily priorities and hold crews accountable
Maintain accurate tub and parts inventory — cycle counts, staging, kitting, shipping and receiving
Own truck and trailer service scheduling and DOT recordkeeping
Coordinate expo crews on set and tear, staging, and freight
Ensure every delivery, service call, and expo load-out is completed on schedule
Submit a daily activity report and a weekly summary to the President

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of operations management in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or field service
Experience directly managing crews, drivers, or technicians
Proficient with spreadsheets, scheduling software, and Microsoft 365
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to travel for expo events
