We're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager who can lead our field organization while helping build a company that becomes the best in Northern California. This is not a maintenance position. We are looking for someone who loves building systems, developing leaders, improving accountability, and driving results. Responsibilities You'll oversee the daily operations of: Installation Department Service Department Sales Team Warehouse & Inventory Fleet coordination Scheduling and field productivity Quality control KPIs and performance reporting Hiring, coaching and developing department leaders Continuous process improvement Your job is to make every department operate together like one machine.
