Care Grid:
You will take strategic ownership of our scheduling ecosystem across all lines of business. You'll bridge the gap between our clients' complex needs and caregiver availability, maximizing revenue while ensuring our team receives the support they need. • Support our
Caregiving Team:
You know that great care starts with an appreciated workforce. You will actively manage labor metrics, control overtime, and monitor schedules to prevent staff burnout. •
Local Coordination:
Our geographic area has unique dynamics. From Carmel to Salinas, you will leverage your knowledge of Monterey County to ensure seamless regional service. •
Digital Leadership:
You will be the champion of our internal software platforms and digital dashboards, guiding our office team, monitoring system competency, and driving daily efficiency. •
Direct Marketing Oversight:
You will provide high-level leadership and strategic direction to our digital marketer, ensuring our outreach, Constant Contact campaigns, and community presence align with our growth goals. • Ensure "No Gap in Care": You lead by example. As part of our exempt Admin on Duty (AOD) rotation, you'll provide 24/7 operational oversight and ensure our clients are always protected. Who You Are • Deeply Grounded in

Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
