Job Description
Director of Operations Enclave Med Spa — Orange County, CA, San Diego County, CA We're growing Enclave Med Spa from a single flagship location to three, and we need an operator who can turn that growth into a real, functioning multi-site business — not just more locations, but more consistency, profitability, and client experience across every one of them. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the operating backbone of a fast-growing med spa brand and be the second-in-command as we scale. About Enclave Med Spa Enclave Med Spa is a San Diego County-based medical spa offering injectables (Botox, Dysport), laser treatments, body sculpting, and skin care services. We're expanding from one location to three, and we're looking for a leader who can own the operational side of that growth so our founder can focus on strategy and expansion. About the Role Twelve months in, this person will have built the systems that let Enclave run consistently across three locations — standardized staffing and training, clean P&L visibility site by site, reliable vendor and inventory management, and a repeatable playbook for opening new locations. They'll report directly to the founder and be the person accountable for whether the business runs well without the founder in the room. What You'll Do Own P&L performance across all Enclave Med Spa locations, driving revenue, margin, and cost control at each site. Build and lead the staffing, hiring, and training systems that keep every location running to the same standard. Manage vendor relationships and inventory across locations to control costs and prevent stockouts. Partner with marketing to turn incoming lead flow into booked, retained clients at every location. Own compliance and licensing requirements for California medical spa operations. Lead the playbook for opening and ramping new locations as Enclave expands. What We're Looking For Required 5+ years of operations leadership experience, including experience managing multiple business locations or sites. Experience in med spa, aesthetics, healthcare services, or a comparable multi-unit service or retail environment. A track record of owning P&L and driving measurable revenue and margin results. Strong hiring, training, and team leadership experience. Based in or able to work on-site across locations in San Diego County, CA. Preferred Experience opening or launching new business locations. Familiarity with Zenoti or similar med spa/salon management software. Background in marketing•or lead-gen-driven service businesses. Compensation & Bonus $105,000•135,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus targeting 20% of base tied to revenue, margin, and client retention goals across all locations.
