6-Month Project (Potential Extension) Overview We are seeking an experienced Strategic PMO Lead / Program Manager (Consultant) to support a large-scale client onboarding transformation initiative. This role will lead program governance, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Drive program governance, planning, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and external partners. Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and leadership updates. Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports. Identify and resolve blockers to keep the transformation on track. Support change management and adoption of new processes and operating models. Qualifications 7+ years of Program Management, PMO, or Business Transformation experience. Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to drive accountability across multiple workstreams. Experience managing governance, reporting, and program execution. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Preferred Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management experience. Client onboarding, operational transformation, or digital transformation experience. Change management and process improvement background.
