Moveret Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Operations Planner to support day-to-day logistics and installation operations across warehouse sites. This role is responsible for coordinating installation schedules, workforce planning, fleet utilization, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment with installers, warehouse teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Scheduling Plan and coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules across assigned locations Allocate main installers, assistant installers, and vehicles based on workload and availability Monitor schedule changes, delays, and field issues and adjust plans in real time Support managers with operational coverage planning during absences or peak demand Logistics & Fleet Coordination Coordinate with field teams regarding vehicle usage, breakdowns, and roadside assistance needs Track fleet availability and escalate operational risks to management Support incident reporting and documentation related to operational disruptions Data, Reporting & Planning Maintain accurate operational trackers (install schedules, headcount, productivity, utilization) Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for leadership Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Cross-Functional Communication Serve as a coordination point between warehouse managers, installers, and leadership Communicate operational expectations clearly and professionally Escalate issues appropriately and document action items Compliance & Process Support Ensure operational activities align with company policies and procedures Support SOP adherence across field operations Assist with onboarding coordination and operational training support as needed
Qualifications:
Required 1+ years of experience in operations planning, logistics coordination, or workforce scheduling Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets (tracking, formulas, reporting) Ability to work with field teams in a fast-moving operational environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt to frequent changes Preferred Experience in warehouse, installation, or logistics operations Multi-site or multi-state operational experience Familiarity with fleet coordination or field service operations Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus
