❄ Seasonal Ice Rink Manager - Lead Winter Operations We're hiring a Seasonal Ice Rink Manager to oversee all aspects of our winter ice rink, from daily operations and ice quality to staff leadership and guest experience. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys running a tight, efficient operation. What You'll Lead Daily rink operations, including opening/closing, guest flow, and safety oversight Supervision, scheduling, and performance management of seasonal staff Ice quality monitoring and coordination of resurfacing procedures Skate rental operations, ticketing, and customer service standards Inventory management, supply ordering, and basic operational reporting On-site problem solving — equipment issues, staffing gaps, guest concerns What Makes You a Strong Fit Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a seasonal team Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the shift Calm under pressure with solid decision-making instincts Experience in recreation, events, hospitality, or rink operations is a plus

Role Details Season:

November 20th through January 18th

Schedule:

Full-time seasonal; evenings/weekends required
