The Regional Manager is responsible for the high-level oversight and leadership of multiple clinical sites, ensuring operational excellence, staffing coordination, and team development. This role works closely with physicians, Supervisors, and administrative staff to drive performance, support patient care standards, and maintain operational compliance across the region.

Key Responsibilities Site Readiness & Oversight:

Ensure staff and operations at new sites are fully prepared prior to opening. Conduct quarterly office visits to support performance, workflow, and compliance. Ensure office cleanliness and compliance standards are met. Visit assigned office locations weekly

Staffing & Leadership:

Develop and manage schedules for Supervisors and float staff. Provide staffing coverage as needed, including support for callouts and vacation coverage. Conduct second-round interviews with Vice President - Operations to facilitate hiring decisions. Work with VP of Operations to make final decisions related to staff terminations. Address staffing complaints and ensure protocol adherence. Ensure holidays are blocked from the schedule.

Operations & Coordination:

Identify and report site operations issues by logging them in Asana. Review DrChrono schedules to ensure appropriate staff input and patient flow accuracy. Monitor and respond to management in Management Spaces. Maintain communication with physicians to support collaboration and alignment with operational goals. Daily response to chats.

Patient Experience & Support:

Follow up on patient complaints and grievances, ensuring timely resolution. Support teams with questions or concerns related to patient care and staff interactions

Inventory & Supplies:

Coordinate with Medical Assistants (MAs)/Practice Coordinators (PCs) for inventory needs and place Amazon orders as required. Communicate any supply chain delays or issues to relevant team members. Ensure marketing materials are stocked and available.

Administrative Duties:

Perform bank runs as needed. Ensure clear and consistent communication with Supervisors, staff, and leadership. Qualifications Preferred 2-3 years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience. Bachelor's degree preferred with a High School diploma or equivalence degree required. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-site teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with DrChrono, Asana, and Google Workspace is highly preferred. Ability to make confident staffing and operational decisions in real time.
