This role is built for someone who wants to move into Account Management, senior operations, or leadership. You won't get there sitting behind a desk — you'll earn it in the field.

What this role really is:

You own production. Not pieces of it. Not parts of it. All of it. You make sure what we sell actually gets delivered — on time, on budget, and done right You're in the field with crews, not managing from a distance You solve problems in real time instead of explaining them later You set the tone for quality, accountability, and pace If a property looks right, that's you. If it doesn't, that's also you. What you'll be responsible for Execution and quality Oversee daily maintenance operations across your portfolio Ensure every contracted service is completed to standard Perform routine inspections and fix issues immediately Deliver consistent, high-level property appearance Leadership in the field Lead, coach, and develop Crew Leaders and field teams Build and manage daily and weekly production schedules Hold crews accountable to performance expectations Make real-time decisions to keep work moving Production and budget control Manage labor hours against budget Track job costing and production rates Adjust routes and staffing to improve efficiency Control overtime and unnecessary spend Client impact Support Account Managers in delivering on commitments Respond quickly to issues before they become problems Identify opportunities to improve service and retention Safety and operations discipline Enforce safety standards without exception Conduct safety meetings and job site audits Ensure compliance across crews and properties Equipment and systems Maintain clean, operational equipment across crews Coordinate repairs and minimize downtime Use Aspire (or similar) to track work, time, and production data What success looks like Labor hits budget Margins stay healthy Crews move efficiently Properties look right — consistently Clients stay Safety issues don't happen What you need 5+ years in commercial landscape maintenance Proven ability to lead crews and manage field production Strong understanding of turf, horticulture, and seasonal work Experience managing labor budgets and production targets Comfortable using systems like Aspire (or willing to learn quickly) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage Why MTScapes We're built differently — and it shows in how we operate and how we promote.
