Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management and process improvement. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing business development Duties Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve processes and enhance productivity. Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment. Conduct regular assessments of operational processes and implement improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. MOD for the hotel during every shift. Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments. Support and work with all department heads in all aspects of running this hotel. Randomly inspect the hotel in all areas, including rooms, F&B, and maintenance, and notify the respective department heads of any issues that are discovered. Ensuring department heads are properly receiving, coding, and turning in invoices in a timely manner to ensure payment is processed. Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and the service recovery process. Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required, either formally or informally. Maintain operation & overhead costs to maintain maximum revenue for the organization. Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. Any other duties assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management or a related field. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Proficient in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
