We provide nuisance wildlife removal, attic restoration, and wildlife prevention services throughout Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. About the Position We are seeking a professional Branch Manager to lead daily operations and support our continued growth. This is a leadership role focused on managing the team, overseeing operations, and helping expand the business in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. Requirements Clean background Clean driving record Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekends as needed Strong leadership and people-management skills Experience managing field technicians or service teams preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Willingness to grow with a fast-paced company Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise employees, including scheduling, performance oversight, and accountability Hire, onboard, and train technicians Inventory management (ordering, tracking, and maintaining supplies and equipment) Oversee company vehicles and fleet readiness Handle customer service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention Monitor job quality and perform quality control checks Coordinate scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency Track key performance metrics and prepare basic reports for ownership Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed Support branch growth and operational goals
