None Required The Opportunity You will step into a vital leadership role at Indiana Spray Foam, LLC, driving field productivity across diverse residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will lead dedicated crews, ensure job site efficiency, and deliver dynamic results across our growing divisions. This is steady, year-round work with significant earning opportunities through consistent overtime. Typical field workweeks average approximately 50-60 hours depending on project and travel demands. Unlike many seasonal construction and insulation opportunities, Indiana Spray Foam's mix of new construction and existing-building work keeps teams active throughout the year. How You Will Make an Impact Direct daily field operations across project sites to ensure tasks finish on time and within budget. Guide and support crew members, encouraging strong safety practices and efficient workflow on-site. Coordinate on-site labor and material execution across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Enforce quality assurance standards to maintain exceptional workmanship on every job. Address real-time site challenges proactively to prevent downtime and preserve project schedules. Serve as the key field point of contact, ensuring clear communication with operations leadership. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year experience leading a multi-man crew Demonstrated foundational knowledge of general construction processes and site workflows. Proven ability to guide crews effectively to meet project targets safely and efficiently. Willingness to travel up to 50% to various field operations within the regional footprint. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to keep field projects moving smoothly. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 2 or more years of related work experience in construction or spray foam operations. High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver license Bilingual in Spanish Compensation & Benefits $20•25.00 per hour based on experience, paid weekly.
