Job Overview Our multilocation dental organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Operations to lead and optimize our organization's core functions. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, managing financial performance, and fostering a high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and business growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape the future direction of our business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable development across all departments. Duties Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and business growth. Oversee profit & loss management, analyzing financial statements and implementing cost-control measures. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, including sales, customer service, project management, and process improvement initiatives. Utilize Excel data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Drive continuous process improvement through lean management principles and operational best practices. Develop and implement business management frameworks that support scalable growth and operational excellence. Lead executive-level team meetings, communicate managerial strategies clearly, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Cultivate strong relationships with patients, partners, and internal teams to support business development efforts. Supervise team development programs to enhance leadership skills, operational knowledge, and overall team performance. Requirements Proven management experience with a track record of leading large teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen with expertise in profit & loss analysis and financial management. Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes. Extensive project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of business management principles including strategic planning, operations management, and process improvement. Demonstrated leadership in managing executive-level teams and fostering effective managerial communication. Experience in sales growth strategies and customer service excellence. Knowledge of lean management techniques and operational best practices. Excellent team leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to implement organizational change effectively.
