New Carlisle, IN As a Process Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs Tek and Kote, you are a Team Leader and responsible for leading a group of approximately 20 Operators in all operational activities and driving continuous improvement for their area in the plant. This team leader has sufficient knowledge and experience to resolve complex social and technical problems. The Team Leader takes immediate and appropriate action to correct unsafe conditions, and ensures compliance with safety guidelines, company/department policies and procedures. The Cleveland-Cliffs New Carlisle Works facility is located in New Carlisle, Indiana, and is a 24/7 operation that produces cold-rolled, hot-dipped galvanized and galvannealed, and electrogalvanized steel coils.

Serves as performance coach and technical advisor to the self-directed operations teams Is passionate about safety and is committed to ensuring their team has the required safety training Is fully committed to ensuring complete compliance with all environmental regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
Leadership experience in manufacturing Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, advanced Excel skills and Power Point) Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in leading a manufacturing operations team Experience working in a union environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in the steel or metals industry Cleveland-Cliffs is a leading North America-based steel producer with focus on value-added sheet products, particularly for the automotive industry.
