## Standard Job Description Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. As the Advanced Programs Acceleration Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the programs, coordinating across multiple functions to meet quality, cost and schedule commitments in support of increasing production capacity for multiple product lines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading internal Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to manage performance metrics and drive critical actions
Driving cross functional team to identify process improvements and rate enablers
Establishing priorities and managing team execution to schedule
Developing program schedule plans and hardware support strategies to ensure completion of Advanced Programs contract within period of performance
Communicate effectively across multiple levels internally, as well as with external customer ## Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ combined education
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks / projects in different phases
Experience in manufacturing, project/program management or engineering environments
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through written documentation and verbal means
Seasoned presenter, able to develop and deliver materials to varying levels of management
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship ## Desired Skills
Experience leading a performance improvement team
Exposure to Six Sigma Principles and/or Green Belt Certification
Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on program cost, quality, and schedule commitments
Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor to diverse audiences.
Able to utilize data to improve yields while using a hands on approach with product and personnel to understand the factors (material, process, personnel, team dynamics) that impact
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
