This role manages employees, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, inventory, fleet operations, and overall workflow. Responsibilities Oversee daily service, installation, and maintenance operations. Manage technicians, installers, dispatchers, and office staff. Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, job completion, and staffing. Monitor labor costs, job profitability, productivity, and operating expenses. Maintain high standards for customer service, workmanship, and quality control. Manage inventory, equipment, company vehicles, and purchasing. Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Track performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and report results to ownership.
