Proven ability to identify and solve problems before they escalate, especially in a multi-variable environment with many moving parts. Flexibility and innovation — you enjoy the satisfaction of wearing multiple hats in a small company setting. Diplomatic communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with captains, crew, office staff, and external partners. Basic business acumen, including understanding of responsibility, accountability, supplier relationships, and profitability. A strong commitment to safety, security, and ethical business practices.
