Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day management of ARAMARK's vehicle fleet supporting food, facilities, and uniform services operations Plan, schedule, and optimize vehicle utilization to meet service requirements and reduce downtime Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs with internal teams and external vendors Monitor fuel usage, telematics, and operating costs to improve efficiency and control budget Ensure fleet compliance with DOT, safety, environmental, and company policies Maintain accurate fleet records, licenses, registrations, and asset inventories Support safe driving culture through training, incident review, and corrective actions Collaborate with operations leaders to forecast fleet needs and support new business launches Analyze fleet performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to management Lead or support fleet-related projects, process improvements, and technology implementations Required Skills Fleet operations management Vehicle maintenance coordination DOT and transportation compliance Safety and risk management Budgeting and cost control Telematics and fleet tracking systems Data analysis and reporting Vendor and contract management Logistics and routing MS Excel and fleet management software
