Job Description

The Weekend Site Manager is responsible for setting up the venue, managing equipment, leading on-site staff, and ensuring a great experience for players, coaches, and families. You will be the point person on-site during program hours and help ensure that all games and activities run on schedule. Key Responsibilities Transport and set up all program equipment at the venue each weekend Prepare fields/courts and ensure the venue is ready before participants arrive Lead and manage on-site staff, referees, and coaches Ensure games and activities start and run on schedule Provide excellent customer service to parents, players, and coaches Address any issues or questions that arise during the program Break down equipment and ensure the venue is left clean and organized Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organized and dependable Ability to lift and transport sports equipment Experience working with kids, sports programs, or events is a plus Customer service experience is highly valued Schedule Weekend availability required (primarily Saturdays and/or Sundays) Hours vary based on program schedule Compensation $15-$20 per hour depending on experience Weekly Hours Less than 10 hours 10-19 hours This Job Is Ideal For Individuals looking for part-time weekend work Those entering or returning to the workforce Applicants interested in sports management or youth development Candidates with strong customer service experience Applicants without a college diploma Work Location In-person at local sports venues (McDougle Middle School) If you enjoy sports, leadership, and creating a great experience for families, we would love to have you on our team.
