Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Janitorial Site Manager to lead and oversee cleaning operations at a busy commercial facility. In this role, you will manage a team of custodial staff, ensure the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across the site, including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and housekeeping tasks Lead, train, and motivate custodial staff to uphold high standards of sanitation and safety procedures Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while maintaining compliance with health regulations Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Enforce safety regulations related to sanitation, chemical handling, and equipment operation to prevent accidents Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded; address any deficiencies promptly Foster excellent customer service by responding professionally to client requests or concerns regarding site cleanliness Experience Proven supervising experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial or industrial environments Extensive custodial experience with knowledge of sanitation practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and safety regulations Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in fast-paced settings Experience managing cleaning & sanitation operations for large facilities such as warehouses, offices, or hospitality venues Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate tasks clearly and motivate staff toward shared goals Familiarity with laundry services or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus Demonstrated leadership in managing safety protocols, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with health standards Join us as a Janitorial Site Manager and play a key role in maintaining pristine environments that promote health, safety, and productivity.
