The Days Hotel of Toms River is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager. Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front desk staff Ensure smooth check-in/check-out operations Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations Monitor room availability and manage reservations Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to coordinate guest needs Assist in preparing daily reports and tracking performance Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits include: This position offers a starting annual salary ranges from $45k to $50k, depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified).

1 to 2 years of front desk or hospitality experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role Excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Superb written and verbal communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) preferred Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
