Full-Service Car Wash Site Manager We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Site Manager to oversee a busy car wash offering Full-Service and Express Exterior washes, along with unlimited membership programs. This is a labor-intensive working management position , not a desk job. The manager will be actively involved in daily operations and responsible for ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily car wash and full-service operations. Quality check finished vehicles and ensure customers leave 100% satisfied. Create and enforce systems for consistent quality and efficient production. Ensure vehicles are properly vacuumed, windows and dashboards wiped, mats cleaned, tire shine applied, and all finishing work completed. Recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and manage employees. Hold employees accountable for quality, speed, attendance, and customer service. Train and motivate staff to sell Full-Service and Express Exterior Unlimited Memberships . Actively work to grow memberships, customer retention, wash volume, and sales. Manage chemical and supply inventory and ordering. Monitor staffing and labor based on business volume. Handle customer concerns and resolve quality issues immediately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility. Schedule This position requires approximately 45-50 hours per week . Site Managers are required to be on-site Friday through Sunday , as weekends are critical operating days. Regular days off will be scheduled Monday through Thursday . Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
