Your Role, Your Impact Ensure scalable operations by monitoring and optimizing workflows across the center

What You Bring High school or GED required with previous relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles

Proficiency in operations center technologies, incident management systems, and data analytics

Strong understanding of rail operations, safety protocols, and process optimization

Salary Range:
