This role oversees three departments — Project/Installation Management, Service Scheduling, and the Technical Team — and works closely with the Sales, Administrative, and Leadership teams. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the company's success, with significant room for growth. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Manage team members and supervisors, including hiring, task assignment and coordination, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions Set priorities and monitor workloads to ensure efficient operations Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members for skill enhancement Participate in strategic planning and implementation of company initiatives and best practices Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all Operations Teams and other departments Monitor and adhere to assigned team goals and budget Project Management Monitor the quality and efficiency of project management provided by the team to general contractors and property owners Handle escalated project management issues and ensure timely resolution Lead the Project Management Team to achieve routine production/job completion goals Service Scheduling Drive a customer-centric approach within the team Oversee responsive service request intake and maintenance/repair scheduling to ensure high levels of external customer satisfaction Oversee interactions with external customers, ensuring professionalism and effectiveness Lead the Service Scheduling Team to achieve routine production/job completion goals Technical Team Work with experienced senior technicians and technician supervisors to ensure technician training, skills development, and successful credentialing/licensure Ensure responsible equipment/vehicle procurement and management necessary for the technical team to safely install and service high-quality, reliable equipment on customer job sites Partner with supervisors and lead technicians to ensure adherence to safety best practices Assist technicians and supervisors in resolving complex customer issues and provide guidance on problem-solving Process Improvement Develop and optimize processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures Implement best practices for incident management, service request handling, and knowledge management Identify training needs for the team and organize training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as job times, warranty call-back rates, and customer feedback Work with senior technicians and supervisors to analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement proactive measures to prevent them Additional Duties Effectively work with all team members, team leaders, and external parties (customers and vendors) Establish and refine efficient warehousing processes that support the team Occasionally interface with customers Other duties as assigned Qualifications Comfortable wearing multiple hats and changing gears as business needs dictate Excellent verbal and written communication skills — every interaction with external customers reflects on our team Willingness to learn, be humble, be coachable, and follow directions Self-motivated and willing to take initiative People-oriented with the ability to build business relationships Requirements 5-10 years of Supervisory experience Leadership must be excellent Problem Solving must be excellent Nice to Have Budget Management Experience managing construction/technical staff and supervisors Experience managing construction projects, either for a general contractor or subcontractor Bachelor's degree in a related field (Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or other related field)
Pay:
