Job Description Oversee daily field operations from groundbreaking through commissioning. Manage project schedules, manpower planning, and site logistics. Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform activities. Ensure quality control and safety compliance across the project. Monitor project progress and resolve field challenges proactively. Manage labor, equipment, and material utilization. Lead field meetings and maintain strong communication with project teams. Previous experience on data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale projects. Strong MEP coordination experience. Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities. Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods. Ability to travel as required. What's on Offer Base salary: $120,000 - $170,000 Annual performance bonus.
