This individual will join a small, highly collaborative global team to drive commercial adoption of a brand-new, first-to-market sensorized product across North America, with some exposure to Latin America. Working closely with product leadership, regional industry leads, and customer-facing engineering and operations teams, this person will primarily focus on expanding the product's footprint within existing customer relationships in heavy industries such as mining, metals, and pulp and paper. The role demands someone who is self-directed, comfortable operating without a playbook, and energized by the challenge of introducing a novel technology to a market that is still learning what it can do. Success here means building strategic customer relationships, educating the market, and directly contributing to revenue growth for a product that has been in development for over a decade and is now ready to scale. • Proven experience selling condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, reliability services, or industrial monitoring solutions
• Strong foundational knowledge of reliability engineering principles and industrial asset performance management
• Technical familiarity with at least one of the following: vibration analysis, acoustic monitoring, fiber optic sensing, load measurement, or comparable diagnostic technologies
• Demonstrated success selling complex, customized technical solutions involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles
• Track record of consultative sales performance within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with engineering, maintenance, reliability, and operations teams
• Experience managing proposals, contract negotiations, and solution-based sales opportunities Willingness and ability to travel domestically throughout North America 2-3 times per month (short trips); occasional travel to Latin America
• Hands-on experience with fiber optic sensing technologies
• Background selling force measurement or advanced sensor-based solutions
• Industry experience in mining, metals, pulp and paper, or other heavy industrial sectors
• Exposure to industrial IoT platforms, condition monitoring software, or predictive analytics tools
• Experience working within a high-growth, emerging business or startup-style environment
