About the Position We are seeking a Field Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in horticulture, Commercial landscape management. Or a willingness to work in our company to gain those qualities. This is a field based / client-facing position that combines landscape expertise, sales, estimating, project coordination, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Work with crews, meet with commercial property clients to provide awesome customer service. Represent our company in professional manner, speaking to small and larger groups. Develop landscape proposals and estimates for existing & new clients. Cultivate new relationships and new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing commercial clients. The Ideal Candidate Should be hard-working, driven to provide the best client service possible. Ideally the candidate would have a degree or related experience and be comfortable selling jobs to coporate customers.
