We are looking for a full-time Site Leader to join our growing team. The Site Leader oversees and manages the overall operations of the business, including, but not limited to the following: budgets, scheduling, car wash quality, Guest service and internal human resources (You must maintain a strong teamwork environment). Requirements Required Qualifications Experience managing the performance of front-line staff. Experience leading teams to deliver a strong guest experience. Able to be on your feet for long periods and work around wash equipment. Eligible to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams in retail, food service, or hospitality. Experience leading teams to hit sales targets. Experience building schedules and managing labor hours. Experience handling light maintenance tasks.
