Job Description

Location:
Pine Township Community Center & Middlesex Township Park (Mars Area)
Position Type:
Part-Time /
Seasonal Pay:
$15-$20 per hour, based on experience i9 Sports is looking for a responsible, energetic, and organized Site Manager to help lead our youth sports programs at Pine Township Community Center and Middlesex Township Park in the Mars area. The Site Manager will be responsible for helping create a fun, safe, and organized experience for our players, coaches, referees, and families. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with kids, playing sports, and taking on a leadership role in the community.
Responsibilities:
Arrive early to prepare the facility and fields for games Help check in coaches, referees, and players Ensure games start and run on schedule Supervise coaches, referees, and staff Help resolve questions or concerns from parents and participants Make sure equipment is properly set up and stored after games Monitor the overall safety and organization of the program Communicate with the i9 Sports Director regarding any issues or needs Help create a positive and encouraging environment for all players
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience working with children or in youth sports is preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and dependable Comfortable working independently and making decisions on-site Positive attitude and professional demeanor Must be available on weekends during the sports season
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
